Expectations of Team Participation Participation on the Team begins at Level 4 and continues through Level 9. In
order to assist you in making an informed decision about Team participation, please read the following guidelines: Gymnastics is a sport which trains throughout the year. To ensure the safety and success of your child, team classes need to be attended regularly. We do not prorate tuition for missed classes. Make-ups
are available on a very limited basis. In the event a class is missed, the absence needs to be approved by the coach. Failure to remain current with tuition payments may result in the removal from the team. Competition seasons are conducted from September to November and from February through April. The coaches at Rose City will choose the competition schedule. These schedules are chosen to provide the
greatest potential success for your gymnast; therefore, it is important to attend as many of the meets as possible. If you cannot attend, please notify RCGA as soon as possible. If cancellations are made after the meet fees have been sent, charges are still applied to the parents club. Tuition Policy
We offer FREE Trials in all classes! Please contact us to reserve your spot in class!
Tuition is based on a 48 week calendar year. Some months will have 3 classes and some will have five. Classes average out to 4 times per month. - Tuition is due by the 10th of the month. If tuition is not received by the 10th then a $12 late fee will be assessed to your account.
- Make up classes are available for missed classes. An advance phone call is required to schedule a make
up class.
- Tuition Fees:
- $25 annual insurance fee.
- Junior Gym: One class per week $50.00 per month
- Junior Gym: Two classes per week $80.00 per month
- Recreational Classes: One class per week $68.00 per month
- Recreational Classes: Two clases per week $110.00 per month
